About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Assistant / Patient Support Associate (PSA) to join our healthcare support team. This role is ideal for individuals with a medical-allied background who want to apply their knowledge in a professional BPO environment while assisting patients and supporting healthcare operations remotely.

If you are compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient care, this role will allow you to grow your healthcare competencies while working with an internationally recognized account.

• Provide patient support through phone, email, or chat in alignment with healthcare protocols.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient coordination.
• Manage patient records, documentation, and update case information accurately.
• Transcribe, update, and verify medication details or treatment notes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal teams for task resolution.
• Deliver services with empathy, professionalism, and strong customer care.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Preferably a graduate of Nursing, Pharmacy, MedTech, Physical Therapy, Psychology, Public Health, Biology, or any medical-allied program.
• PH RN license is a plus, but not required.
• With experience in healthcare, medical assistance, documentation, or customer support is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage patient concerns with compassion.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic familiarity with EHR systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work on night shift (U.S. business hours).
