- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff in daily hospital operations.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and order.
- Assign tasks and schedule shifts based on hospital operational needs.
- Monitor inventory and request cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Address guest complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and provide ongoing performance feedback.
- Maintain staff attendance, performance, and cleaning activities.
- Coordinate with the HR and maintenance teams to support smooth operations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures in housekeeping activities.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with supervisory exposure in hospital setting. (At least 3 years)
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and health standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have NCII Certificate of Housekeeping
