Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff in daily hospital operations.
  • Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Assign tasks and schedule shifts based on hospital operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory and request cleaning supplies and equipment as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Address guest complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular staff briefings and provide ongoing performance feedback.
  • Maintain staff attendance, performance, and cleaning activities.
  • Coordinate with the HR and maintenance teams to support smooth operations.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures in housekeeping activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with supervisory exposure in hospital setting. (At least 3 years)
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and health standards.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have NCII Certificate of Housekeeping
