Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intake and ensure accurate collection of patient information
• Verify patient insurance details and coverage
• Respond to and manage email communications in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain organized patient records and ensure data accuracy
• Provide support to patients and internal teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
