In-house Maintenance

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all restaurant equipment, such as kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
2. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or potential problems proactively
3. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
4. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or malfunctions, and work to restore normal operations as quickly as possible
5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and supply orders
6. Ensure that the restaurant premises and facilities meet all relevant safety and compliance standards
7. Assist with special projects or tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business
8. Willing to assist as utility staff during periods without maintenance tasks.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role, preferably within the food service or hospitality industry
2. Strong understanding of the maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
4. Ability to work efficiently and independently, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
5. Good communication skills to liaise with the management team and report on maintenance activities
6. Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
7. Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and respond to changing priorities
