JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the company.
• Manage the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Approve expenditure and manage resources effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with Japanese clients, stakeholders, and partners, leveraging cultural understanding and native language proficiency.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Japanese market to expand the company’s presence.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, particularly those involving Japanese-speaking participants.
• Maintain open and effective communication channels within the organization.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and partners, ensuring clear understanding and collaboration.
• Facilitate cultural integration within the organization, promoting an understanding of Japanese culture among staff.
• Serve as a cultural liaison, bridging any gaps between Japanese clients and the company.

• Completed at least a bachelor's degree related to Business and Economics or any related courses.
• Native proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business operations or related fields, focused on Japanese market.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Japanese and English.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities in Japan.
• Amenable to work on-site located at 12th Floor, 2Quad Building, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
