The Auto Body Builder is responsible for fabricating, modifying, and repairing vehicle bodies, frames, and panels. This includes metalworking, welding, fitting, and installing components to ensure vehicles are restored or customized to operational and safety standards.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least vocational or technical course graduate in automotive body building or auto body repair and painting
- Preferably with a TESDA National Certificate (NC II or NC III in automotive body, repair, welding or automotive servicing
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Codes 1, 2, 3) is a plus
- Communicates clearly with supervisors, dispatchers, and site personnel
- At least 1-2 years of experience in auto body fabrication, repair, and painting
- Familiarity with site protocols and traffic management within worksites
- Knowledgeable in body alignment, surface preparation, and finishing
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, or vehicle design specifications
