To ensure the accurate, safe, and timely handling of materials, maintaining inventory integrity and supporting efficient warehouse operations to meet customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Loading & Unloading: Load and unload freight, goods, and materials safely and efficiently.
Receiving: Assist in receiving deliveries, checking items against shipping documents for accuracy.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, sort, file, and pack items for dispatch or storage according to standard procedures.
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hub/warehouse at all times.
Material Care: Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or loss.
Administration: Support the documentation process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Compliance: Follow safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, sorting, dispatching).
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and riders.
Capability to multitask and prioritize workload during workload during workload during operations.
