Position: Field Sales Assistance
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Visits & Performance Evaluation:
- Conduct regular visits to assigned EMCOR and branches to monitor sales performance, assess inventory levels, and evaluate in-store product displays for Midea products
- Evaluate and create actionable plans based on data from PCS (e.g., sell-out, sell-in, inventory, display reports, competitor and Midea promotions)
Sales Monitoring & Inventory Management:
- Track sales trends to identify fast-moving items and proactively recommend purchase orders to prevent stockouts
- Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and sale of products across all covered branches
- Develop store-level templates that consolidate sell-out, sell-in, and inventory data to compute accurate recommended POs
Merchandising & Display Compliance:
- Ensure that product displays meet Midea's merchandising standards—clean, visible, and strategically placed to maximize customer engagement
- Identify and implement strategic display opportunities to enhance brand visibility and sales performance
- Align each store's display execution with the Retail Performance Standard (RPS) targets
Competitor Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activity within branches, including sales performance, inventory status, and ongoing promotions, to identify potential risks or market opportunities
Promoter Management & Capability Building:
- Assess the effectiveness of Midea promoters, including evaluation of sales performance and customer engagement
- Benchmark against competitor promoters to identify performance gaps
- Collaborate with PCS to propose training programs and skills development initiatives for promoters
- Recommend reinforcement or withdrawal of promoters based on branch-level performance to optimize resources
Incentive Program Development:
- Propose branch-specific or regional incentive schemes designed to drive sell-out, improve promoter motivation, and enhance overall sales productivity
Stakeholder Alignment:
- Secure endorsements from Branch Managers and obtain final approval from Regional Managers of K-Servico and EMCOR for all major activities and proposals
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or any related discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in field sales, retail operations, or branch coordination may also be considered
Experience:
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in field sales, account management, retail operations, or trade marketing
- Proven experience in branch audits, sales monitoring, inventory coordination, and field execution is preferred
