We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Field Offier to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in sales, value continuous learning, and are excited by the prospect of traveling and managing different territories across the Philippines.
The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive foundational training at our Headquarters in Pasig City before being deployed to strategic locations nationwide.
Core Responsibilities- Territory Development: Identify and establish new business opportunities and client relationships in assigned regions across the Philippines.
- Product Presentation: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective B2B or B2C clients.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas through active prospecting and disciplined lead follow-up.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Market Reporting: Provide regular updates on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the Pasig HQ team.
