Sales Representative (Sales Officer)

This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for technology and a strong foundation in sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads and opportunities.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Present and promote IT software solutions to prospective clients.
• Support the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM tools.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Help organize and participate in client meetings, demos, and events.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of software development and tech solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
