Documentations Department:

  1. Set-up and prepare individual color-coded folders with complete buyers’ requirements.
  2. Handling titles inventory, encoding of new sales and released titles in Inventory.
  3. Prepares and draft official documents such as Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Title Requisition Form, and other contracts as may be required.
  4. Keeps accurate monitoring of the routing Contract for checking by other departments and keep complete files of approved documents.
  5. Ensures clients documents are properly filed and clients should be informed for signing and releasing of documents.
  6. Request form for Expanded Withholding Tax (1606), and form for Documentary Stamp (2000-ot).
  7. Requesting of office supplies needed by the department.

Sales/Marketing Department:

  1. Posting of inventories (for sale) on Facebook messenger every Friday and posting of reserved/closed lot as well.
  2. Responsible of processing of Reservation Application for new sale then encode it to Sales Report.
  3. Responsible of processing transfer of rights, accommodating clients/agent/broker’s inquiry and preparing the Sales Status Report.
  4. Responsible of scheduling a punch list (unit inspection) for fully paid buyers.
  5. Updating the Sales Status Report when needed.
  6. Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and problems effectively and efficiently.
  7. Knowing when to escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or managers.
