We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our telecommunications account. This is an onsite role based in Cagayan de Oro. The position is open to High School and Senior High School graduates, with or without prior BPO experience.
Successful candidates will assist customers with billing concerns, technical issues, and account-related inquiries while delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to telco services (billing, plans, and technical concerns)
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Perform basic troubleshooting for service-related concerns
- Recommend relevant products or services when appropriate
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and productivity
Qualifications:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- With or without BPO experience (customer service experience is an advantage)
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
