LOGISTICS OFFICER (THAI & ENGLISH SPEAKER)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Officer who is fluent in both Thai and English to manage and coordinate the efficient movement of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipment coordination, inventory monitoring, logistics documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost-effective and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor the transportation, delivery, and distribution of goods and materials.
  • Manage shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers and business partners.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure stock availability.
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, customs brokers, and internal departments.
  • Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
  • Assist in route planning and delivery scheduling to optimize transportation efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Prepare logistics performance reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, shipment coordination, and logistics processes.
  • Experience in route planning, delivery scheduling, and monitoring of shipments.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation is an advantage.
