Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and proactively build talent pools
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Draft and send offer letters and assist with pre-boarding and onboarding processes
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide reports
  • Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, job boards)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Basic understanding of employer branding and talent marketing
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders
