Job Summary:
- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Source candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and proactively build talent pools
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Draft and send offer letters and assist with pre-boarding and onboarding processes
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide reports
- Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, job boards)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Basic understanding of employer branding and talent marketing
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders
