Sales Development Representative (Remote)

As a Sales Development Representative at CoDev, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. This role combines a cutting-edge tech stack, proactive outreach strategies, and regular coaching to set you up for success.
We are specifically looking for SDRs with a background in technical support or Sales/Business Development work related to ServiceNow. If you’ve worked as a ServiceNow STR or provided support for ServiceNow solutions, your experience will be a strong asset in understanding technical pain points and connecting with IT decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound tools.
- Outreach: Craft and deliver personalized, high-quality messaging via email, phone, and social media to initiate contact and build interest.
- Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify them against our ideal customer profile, and determine if there’s a mutual fit.
- Scheduling Meetings: Secure appointments for Account Executives with qualified prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to share insights and improve messaging, processes, and lead generation strategies.
- Weekly Updates & Coaching: Participate in regular check-ins to track progress, receive coaching, and refine outreach approaches.

Who You Are:
- Experienced in ServiceNow or Tech Support: You have experience in a technical support role or as an STR/SDR focused on ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITOM platforms.
- Self-Starter: You’re proactive, goal-driven, and motivated to succeed.
- Great Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can tailor messages to different audiences.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and other technology to manage and track outreach.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are open to feedback to improve continuously.
- Resilient: You can handle rejection, learn from it, and bounce back with even more determination.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of sales development, technical support, or customer-facing experience—experience with ServiceNow platforms is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Experience with outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, or Outreach.io) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) concepts or experience working with IT departments is a strong plus.
