The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our team, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies and wholesale retailers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring long-term success.

This role requires a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Identification & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within the pharmacy and wholesale retail sectors. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Conduct compelling product presentations and sales pitches that align with each clients specific needs. Demonstrate the value and benefits of our products/services to drive interest and engagement.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company goals. Handle all aspects of contract management from initial discussions to final signatures.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding set targets. Focus on both acquiring new business and growing existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Market Expansion: Strategically expand our market presence by identifying new opportunities within the pharmacy and wholesale retail sectors. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmacy or wholesale retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Schedule: M-F 9AM to 5PM EST, but must be amenable to shifting schedule if needed
  • Work Arrangement: Work at home
