About the Role:

We are looking for high-energy, motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our CRX BPO Program, focused on driving client growth across industries like retail, technology, healthcare, and financial services.

You won't just be dialing numbers. You’ll be on the front lines — researching, engaging, qualifying, and opening doors with mid-market and enterprise-level clients looking to outsource customer experience (CX), technical support, back-office, and omnichannel operations.

The reality: this role demands resilience, precision, and serious business acumen. You’ll be creating the very first impression that companies have of our CRX solutions — and setting the stage for multi-million-dollar partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against specific BPO service criteria.
  • Understand client pain points and position CRX’s BPO solutions appropriately.
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and uncover key decision-makers (VPs, Directors, C-level).
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales executives and client solution architects.
  • Maintain detailed, organized records of all activities, contacts, and opportunities in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Partner closely with marketing, pre-sales, and operations teams to optimize lead handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Hit or exceed monthly targets for outreach activities, qualified leads, and meeting bookings.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, engage, qualify: Create outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted sequences.
  • Generate pipeline fast: Deliver qualified leads within your first week — no warmup periods.
  • Research and personalize: Go beyond generic messaging — find the angles that connect with decision-makers (CXOs, VPs of Operations, Heads of Customer Experience).
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: Log all activities, contacts, and pipeline stages in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent tools daily.
  • Book qualified meetings: Deliver vetted meetings that move to the proposal stage, not just conversations.
  • Collaborate with AEs: Sync with the sales executives for smooth handoffs and feedback.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years+ of sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or relevant B2B experience (preferably in outsourcing, tech, SaaS, or CX industries).
  • Fearless communicator —you're comfortable picking up the phone, writing persuasive emails, and getting through gatekeepers.
  • Customer-first mindset — you understand CX isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a business driver.
  • Strong research skills — you know how to find key contacts and personalize your outreach.
  • CRM familiarity — prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Resilience — you can handle objections, rejection, and long sales cycles without losing your edge.
  • Bias for action — you move fast, stay organized, and never wait to be told what to do.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling or prospecting into customer service, operations, or contact center departments.
  • Background in BPO, shared services, or outsourcing industries.
  • Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French) are a plus.
  • Exposure to consultative sales training like Sandler, Challenger, or SPIN Selling.
