Job summary:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱40,000 - ₱50,000 per month

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works directly with the Project Manager/s to help define project goals and objectives
• Identify, create, and maintain project budgets; Ensures that projects operate within the set budgets (Profit & Loss)
• Monitor project timeline and milestones on a centralized perspective
• Coordinates with the Project Manager/s, Hardware, Software, and Commissioning teams for project milestones and updates of project status
• Analyse progress reported against the work schedules; recommends actions to improve progress
• Monitor possible cost & schedule issues/recovery plan
• Provides project finance reporting
• Works directly with the Billing & Collection Officer to ensure project billings are executed based on actual accomplished milestones and deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background in Automation and or Electrical related works
• At least two (2) years experience in Project Management

• Familiarity on Project Management (PM) systems and tools.
• Knowledge of facilitating purchase requests and the ability to review them for technical accuracy and project budget alignment
• Proficient in Basic Microsoft Office Tools
• Basic knowledge in business financing
• Technical knowledge of general engineering work
