ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR FOR DIGITAL ADVERTISING

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Setup and Schedule: Hybrid (once a week onsite in BGC), Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and leading client relationships.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and delivering insights.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, project management software (Asana, Trello), and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients' business goals and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on campaign performance.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, and analytics) to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate account executives and junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovative solutions and seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
Financial Management
  • Oversee account budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
Market Research and Trends
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
  • Proactively recommend new strategies and tools to enhance client campaigns.
