Warehouse Team Leader

WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

Your role is to plan, organize, and control work activities in your assigned warehouse supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with its day-to-day line management. You are expected to ensure efficient warehouse operation, fulfilling both the operational and customer demands to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the warehouse operations
• Implement the daily work plan for the warehouse personnel
• Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols and company policies.
• Resolve warehouse operational problems on time and reports any deviation/issues to the Supervisor
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders
• Perform record-keeping and reporting tasks

Requirements and skills:

• Preferably a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• At least 2 years experience in warehouse operations, 1 year of which is in a team lead role
• Preferably with experience in a construction or manufacturing industry
• Understands the basics of warehouse management, inventory, and operations
• Highly analytical and good problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and exemplifies good interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
