We are Planas Chuliganas, a European BPO with a 500+ strong team, expanding in Cebu! We’re looking for a Team Leader to manage a team of 15-20 live chat support agents. If you have experience leading written customer support teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to grow with us ?

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO, specializing in live chat or written support
• Strong leadership and coaching skills – you know how to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent understanding of KPIs, response time, and chat quality standards
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Strong written communication skills and proficiency in productivity tools ✍️
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts ? to support European and US markets

• Monitor team performance and ensure top-notch customer interactions ?
• Lead, coach, and support a team of 15-20 live chat agents
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions ?
• Ensure chat interactions maintain a professional and engaging tone
