About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join the dynamic team at DITO Telecommunity Corporation in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As our Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.
What you'll be doing- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Effectively managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to maximise their performance and productivity
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new products and services that can be tailored to the local market
- Providing timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
