About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth and manage key accounts across Luzon for Team Ridemax Philippines. This role focuses on executing regional sales strategies, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and consistently achieving revenue targets within the motorcycle industry.

This is a full-time field-based position covering key areas across Luzon.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage, grow, and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers, distributors, and key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, field prospecting, and network expansion
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize sales strategies
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and provide support to strengthen product presence and market reach
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
  • Represent the company at motorcycle events, dealer activities, trade shows, and partner engagements across Luzon
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in motorcycle sales, field sales, or area sales management
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong background in dealer account management and business development
  • Good understanding of the Luzon market, regional sales channels, and customer buying behavior
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Luzon
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
