Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience
  • Strong experience in lead qualification and pipeline generation
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong work ethic with high activity levels and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Ability to use lead generation tools effectively
Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP, use case, budget, and timeline
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to sales and channel teams
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management in Salesforce
  • Conduct research on target accounts and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Continuously improve messaging and outreach effectiveness
