- 1-3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience
- Strong experience in lead qualification and pipeline generation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong work ethic with high activity levels and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to customer engagement
- Ability to use lead generation tools effectively
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP, use case, budget, and timeline
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to sales and channel teams
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management in Salesforce
- Conduct research on target accounts and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
- Continuously improve messaging and outreach effectiveness
