Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth business activities, excellent customer service, staff productivity, and compliance with company policies. The role focuses on maximizing operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and achieving business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the club.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and employees to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns and complaints.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workforce management.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for business improvement.
  • Assist management in implementing strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and service quality.
  • Handle operational issues and make decisions to maintain business continuity.
  • Perform other duties assigned by higher management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a club, restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
