HR Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role supports business growth by developing people strategies aligned with retail operations, promoters’ management, and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for retail promoters, store staff, and head office positions
  • Manage manpower planning and deployment across stores and partners
  • Supervise onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements
  • Manage performance evaluation, regularization, and employee development programs
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and DTR compliance
  • Lead HR policies creation, updates, and implementation
  • Coordinate with agencies, business partners, and store management
  • Monitor attrition, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Supervise HR team and administrative staff
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, movement, attrition, compliance, etc.)
  • Support training programs for sales promoters and retail staff
  • Ensure proper documentation for billing requirements and audits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years experience as HR Manager (retail or appliances industry is an advantage)
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws
  • Experience handling promoters and field employees
  • Knowledge in payroll coordination and HR operations
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
