Internship
We are accepting HR interns who are eager to apply their academic knowledge and gain hands-on experience in various human resources functions and administrative processes. You will work closely with experienced professionals who can provide guidance, share insights, and help you build a strong foundation in HR practices.This is also an opportunity to gain exposure to the insurance industry, particularly within a brokerage setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support in maintaining and organizing employee records and HR files
- Assist with documentation and clerical tasks within the HR department
- Perform data encoding and ensure accuracy of HR-related information
- Provide support for other ad-hoc administrative and HR tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- Familiar or proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
