NURSE SUPERVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff while promoting professional growth and compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards, regulatory requirements, infection prevention, and patient safety protocols.
- Prepare reports, manage staffing schedules, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a valid PRC Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- With at least 9 units completed in a Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety practices.
- Strong clinical judgement with the ability to lead teams and perform effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
