WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY)
Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the construction warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring construction materials, tools, and equipment. Ensures accurate inventory records, timely issuance of materials to project sites, proper stock control, and compliance with safety and company procedures.Supervises warehouse personnel and maintains an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment inventory management
- Proficient in inventory control, stock monitoring, and warehouse reporting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with warehouse safety standards and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
