Job description:

Job Purpose: Achieved sales targets through effective lead generation, successful deal closure, and strong customer relationship management aligned with company objectives.

Key Results Area and Tasks:

Lead Sourcing

Source potential customer, including gathering contact information and addresses.
Identify customer needs to ensure proper alignment of services and solutions.

Sales and Deal Closure

Negotiate with customers to finalize transactions and reach agreement on service terms and conditions.

Presentation and Promotion

Set meetings with customers to discuss the scope of products and services.
Create proposals and prepare presentations for prospective clients.
Attend marketing and promotional events representing the company.
Set up promotional booths during events and exhibitions.

Outbound Sales and Prospecting

Execute email campaigns to promote company offerings.
Conduct SMS/text campaigns to reach a wider customer base.
Perform outbound calls to offer products and services and respond to customer inquiries.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain a customer database for future business opportunities.
Follow up with customers regarding proposals and service inquiries.
Act as liaison between customers and internal business units to ensure smooth coordination.

Documentation Management and Data Privacy

Facilitate the issuance of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDAs) to protect confidential information shared between clients and company.
Maintain confidentiality of the documents, reports and sensitive data.
Organize, update and securely store all related documents and data.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate of any course.
At least 1 year experience in Sales preferably in IT products/services.
