Position Title: Sales / Marketing

Reports to: CEO and CFO
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify target audiences and market trends.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., online, print, social media).
- Creating marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and presentations.
- Managing the company's online presence, including website and social media accounts.
- Analyzing marketing campaign performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Prospecting for new clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research).
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotes.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and generate new leads and sales opportunities within the transportation industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations to pitch the company’s services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with new and existing clients to close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Enhance brand awareness in the trucking and logistics industry through creative and targeted marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze competitors to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the trucking, transportation, or logistics industry.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of trucking services (freight, logistics, supply chain management).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite, and social media marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking for marketing campaign development.
