Position Title: Sales / Marketing
Location: Lot 9 Block 14-15, Jr. Cruz St., Brgy. Maysilo, Malabon City

Reports to: CEO and CFO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify target audiences and market trends.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., online, print, social media).
  • Creating marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and presentations.
  • Managing the company's online presence, including website and social media accounts.
  • Analyzing marketing campaign performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Prospecting for new clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research).
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotes.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and generate new leads and sales opportunities within the transportation industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to pitch the company’s services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with new and existing clients to close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Enhance brand awareness in the trucking and logistics industry through creative and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the trucking, transportation, or logistics industry.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of trucking services (freight, logistics, supply chain management).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking for marketing campaign development.
