About the role

As a full-time Marketing Officer at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and supporting the growth of our real estate projects in Santo Tomas, Batangas.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our residential and commercial properties
Creating engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral
Coordinating with sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Supporting the organization of various marketing events and promotional activities
Providing administrative support to the marketing department as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong sales skills with the ability to generate leads, engage clients, and support marketing efforts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret marketing metrics to inform decision-making
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Passion or the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the grown o the company
