As Assistant Deal Manager, you help keep the deal pipeline organized, moving, and on track. You’ll coordinate communication, maintain CRM accuracy, monitor follow-ups, and support smooth execution across the deal process. Working closely with the Deal Manager and supporting teams, you’ll help ensure deals progress efficiently and that brokers, sellers, and internal stakeholders stay aligned throughout the process.This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized operator to support full deal coordination and communication. You'll oversee two teams, monitor the pipeline, enforce SLAs, audit execution, handle broker/seller relationships, and back up the Deal Manager so deals progress smoothly every day.

Responsibilities
Team Coordination- Support coordination across teams involved in the deal process
- Run team check-ins to review priorities, pipeline activity, and blockers
- Help resolve operational issues and keep teams aligned
- Prepare pipeline updates and reports for leadership
- Monitor deal flow and pipeline movement
- Track follow-ups, communications, and key deal activities
- Escalate urgent issues when needed
- Review proposal materials before delivery
- Maintain CRM accuracy and activity tracking
- Support operational consistency and process compliance
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements
- Assist with onboarding and training support
- Provide feedback through audits and coaching sessions
- Participate in interviews for deal team candidates
- Support KPI and performance tracking
- 2+ years of experience in coordination, account management, project management, operations, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Exposure to M&A, finance, acquisitions, or deal pipelines
- Experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, or CRM tools
