- Shift: 8:00AM to 5:00PM MNL
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year IT Service Desk background
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Experience providing chat and voice support for Japanese and English markets
- Above average communication skills
- Education: Completed at least 2nd year in College
