We're Hiring: Account Executive
Worbor Flavor and Fragrance Inc.—a leading provider of machine diffusers and premium fragrance oils—is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join their expanding sales team!
About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping customers find the perfect scenting solutions for their spaces. Your work will play a key role in driving sales growth and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Present and promote Worbor's diffuser machines and fragrance oil solutions
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and scent consultations
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales or account management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in fragrances, lifestyle, or interior scenting solutions
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events (if required)
