Job Summary:
Sanshen Philippines Inc. is looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, building strong business relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate must have strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills with the ability to manage pipelines, forecasts, and sales targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fieldwork and client visits to generate new business opportunities
- Prospect, qualify, and acquire potential clients
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage sales pipelines and monitor lead progress
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with internal departments for client requirements and project execution
- Identify market trends and business opportunities
- Ensure achievement of company sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and capable of working independently
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and attend client meetings
- Knowledgeable in CRM, sales reporting, and pipeline management
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Target-driven and motivated to earn commission.
- Monthly sales quota achievement
- Number of new clients acquired
- Client retention and relationship management
- Conversion rate from leads to closed deals
- Accuracy of sales forecast and pipeline updates
- Client meeting and presentation performance
Compensation:
- Base salary + commission based on sales performance.
