Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Trulaboratories Corporation. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the medical and healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives for diagnostic machines and consumable products.
- Identify and pursue potential customers within hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities, while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and applications of diagnostic products.
- Provide customers with accurate product information, including specifications, pricing, availability, installation requirements, and maintenance support.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure effective product support, promotional activities, inventory management, and timely delivery of products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers through regular communication, ongoing support, and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in diagnostic technologies and consumables to effectively position products and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, Nursing, Medical Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
