Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises, facilities, and mechanical equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, tools, electrical systems, plumbing, and building structures to ensure smooth operations
• Handle basic repairs and general maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical repairs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, then implement appropriate corrective actions
• Repair machines, equipment, furniture, and structures as necessary to maintain functionality and safety standards
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment properly and safely
• Oversee and coordinate with contractors and service providers during major repairs, installations, or maintenance projects
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and preventive safety practices
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations
• Keep records of maintenance work performed, repairs completed, and materials used
• Assist in monitoring inventory of maintenance supplies and recommend replenishment when needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven maintenance experience
• With High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
• Experience performing routine maintenance
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Eye for detail
• Professional presentation and attitude
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually
• Strong time management skills
• Willing to do field work
