Preventive Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Preventive Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee our technical maintenance team. The role involves managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs across hot equipment, ACU, cold equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
You will ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency while supporting a team of skilled technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hot equipment, ACU, cold equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and conduct minor repairs across all assigned equipment
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate schedules and deployment for maintenance tasks across multiple areas
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work, equipment status, and repair history
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: Technical vocational graduate in Electromechanical or HVAC
- Experience: Preferably 1–2 years in maintenance, technical repair, or related roles
