Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the CSR and Marketing Teams

Resolve escalated inquiries to support customer and client experience.

Implement customer service strategies to ensure account sustainability and expansion.

Support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.

Meet and exceed performance targets set by the management team.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Native-level Mandarin language skills. Fluent and proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.

Proficiency in English language is highly preferred.

2- 5 years of CSR management experience is desired

Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are required
