Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the CSR and Marketing Teams
Resolve escalated inquiries to support customer and client experience.
Implement customer service strategies to ensure account sustainability and expansion.
Support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.
Meet and exceed performance targets set by the management team.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Native-level Mandarin language skills. Fluent and proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.
Proficiency in English language is highly preferred.
2- 5 years of CSR management experience is desired
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are required
