▪Highly skilled and Customer oriented Customer Support Representative who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our technical support team. This role is ideal for Arabic nationals seeking to work in the Philippines and who possess a strong technical background along with excellent communication skills.
▪A Customer Support Representative will be the front line in resolving complex technical issues for our clients ensuring excellent service delivery while acting as a bridge between our customers and internal engineering or development teams.
▪Provide technical assistance to customers using digital tools, platforms, or electronic products.▪Deliver high-quality technical support to Arabic-speaking customers via live chat, email, and/or phone.
Qualifications/Requirements
▪Arabic national eligible to work in the Philippines▪Fluent in Modern Standard Arabic and English (spoken and written).
▪High School Graduate or at least college level grad▪Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
