Job Description:
Responsible for:
- handling inbound restaurant take-out orders in Mandarin and English;
- handling escalated customer interactions in a call center with the goal of giving excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensure customer retention, and increase business for our clients;
- working with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and clients;
- providing technical support to clients;
- being the Subject Matter Expert and point of Escalation to trainees & production agents;
- handling clients; and,
- such other tasks as may be given by the employer analogous to the foregoing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, support ticketing tools, or related platforms.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to work night shifts/U.S. business hours.
- Background in the restaurant, hospitality, or food-service industry is an advantage.
