Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or a related field; a Master’s degree or specialized training in branding or luxury marketing is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in creative direction, digital marketing, and brand strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in managing high-end or luxury brands, with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling.
• Demonstrated expertise in creative direction and production across multiple media formats including video, photography, editorial, and digital content.
• Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including experience in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and content marketing.
• Proficient in creative and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and other content and analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience building and managing high-performing creative and marketing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking abilities with a track record of aligning creative outputs with overarching business and marketing goals.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a consistent focus on design quality, brand alignment, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis to inform creative and branding strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate vision into execution while fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Passion for innovation, with a proactive approach to integrating AI technologies and modern creative tools to improve process efficiency and output quality.
