Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, seating them, presenting menus, and offering recommendations.Order Management: Accurately taking food/drink orders and entering them into the POS system.
Service Delivery: Serving food and beverages, checking on guest satisfaction, and refilling drinks.
Table Maintenance: Clearing dirty dishes, sanitizing tables, and resetting them for new customers.
