Position Overview
We are seeking a highly articulate, emotionally intelligent, and resilient Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a high-value B2B outbound sales campaign targeting institutional and executive-level decision-makers.
This role is not traditional telemarketing. The ideal candidate must operate as a consultative solutions scout capable of engaging IT leaders, business owners, school administrators, operations executives, and other senior stakeholders in intelligent business conversations.
The campaign environment involves complex technology, EdTech, managed services, and consultative B2B solutions where success depends heavily on emotional intelligence, conversational agility, executive presence, and discovery-driven selling.
The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified appointments through outbound cold calling, strategic probing, relationship building, and value-based conversations.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to prospective decision-makers; at least 70 to 90 dials a day
Generate qualified appointments for senior sales executives
Navigate gatekeepers professionally and confidently
Engage executives in consultative business conversations
Identify operational pain points through discovery questioning
Position business value instead of reading scripted pitches
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and call dispositioning
Manage follow-up schedules, callbacks, and nurturing activities
Collaborate with leadership on script optimization and objection handling
Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for activity and conversion
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years experience in:
B2B outbound cold calling
Appointment setting
Lead generation
Sales development
Experience selling or supporting:
Technology solutions
SaaS
EdTech
Managed IT services
Cybersecurity
Complex B2B services is highly preferred
Excellent verbal English communication with a neutral accent
Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and institutional decision-makers
Strong CRM proficiency:
Ability to manage 70 to 90 outbound calls daily
