We are recruitment agency based in Cebu City is looking for a Sr. Sourcing Team Lead for high volume recruitment of call center agents
Responsibility:
- Source qualified call center applicants from Facebook groups, Jobstreet, Linkedin, referals etc.
- Screen applicants to ensure their eligibilty and communication
- Ensure that the screened applicant visits the recruitment hub onsite in IT Park for a one day hiring process.
- Lead a team of 3-4 recruiters and ensure monthly hiring goals are met.
