HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - ASSOCIATE LEVEL

Your role will be responsible for assisting daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and other administrative tasks.

A day in a life of an HR Generalist-Associate Level includes…
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to job offer acceptance
  • Updating and maintaining employee records in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assisting in facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating with EWM with administration of compensation and benefits program
  • Supporting performance appraisal processes and assisting with training and development initiatives
  • Providing guidance on company policies and procedures, and employment laws
  • Assisting in HR audits and compliance reporting
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records, and documentations
  • Assisting and responding to the day-to-day employee concerns

  • A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Outlook, MS Office applications, and Photoshop/Canva
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist/Associate role, preferably in a BPO; Proven hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and other HR facets
  • Client facing skills and the ability to complete multiple assignments efficiently
  • Ability to meet establish deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills and a team player
  • Flexibility in working schedule (morning/mid shift) and able to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City
  • The ability to start immediately; Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
