HR Business Partner/Generalist
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner/ Generalist to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business success by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to specific business units, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
o Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
o Proactively identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the assigned business units.
o Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Implement and monitor performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
- Employee Experience:
o Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
o Provide guidance and support on employee policies, procedures, and benefits.
o Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.- Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
o Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
o Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR risks.- OSH & Clinic Management:
o Occupational Safety and Health (OSH):
o Implement OSH programs and policies in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
o Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
o Investigate workplace accidents and incidents.- Employee Services:
o Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including government benefits, health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other company voluntary benefits such as Flexib
o Conduct employee orientations and onboarding programs.
o Manage employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and family medical leave.
o Assist employees with questions and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
o Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.- Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
o Prepare regular reports on HR performance, workforce planning, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
