About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist (Outreach Sales Closer) to actively drive outreach, manage warm and cold leads, and close sales for our executive and organisational programs, both online and onsite. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you will own conversations from initial engagement through to close, working with decision-makers who value impact, quality, and long-term outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative selling, understands complex offerings, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

Compensation Structure
  • Base salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Progressive incentive tiers, with higher commissions for increased volume and higher-value program closures
  • Strong earning upside for high performers in a results-driven environment
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)
  • Proven experience selling executive education, professional development, leadership programs, or services
  • Strong ability to engage with C-suite, senior leaders, HR, L&D, and organisational decision-makers
  • Confident in leading discovery calls, managing proposal follow-ups, and closing conversations
  • Experience selling high-value programs rather than transactional or volume-based products
  • Results-driven mindset with strong ownership of targets and outcomes
  • Open to WFH setup
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Proactively conduct outreach to warm and cold leads
  • Lead discovery calls to understand organisational needs and decision criteria
  • Present program offerings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
  • Manage proposal follow-ups and objection handling
  • Close sales for executive and organisational programs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
