We are looking for a Shift Manager who’ll be overseeing restaurant partners, making sure everyone's got their schedules straight, overseeing opening and closing procedures, ensure proper shift handovers, and lead kitchen staff to achieve high-quality products and target costs.You’ll review daily store performance, ensure proper handling of store funds, and implement cash control procedures to prevent errors. Creating ways to reduce restaurant expenses and stay within budget.
Must be good at maintaining positive employee relations and promoting teamwork among Restaurant Partners. They serve as a role model and coach to ensure understanding of service and product quality standards.

You'll be handling managing customer complaints and service recovery, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that every customer who visits our restaurant leaves with a smile.
So, if you’re a bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience as a Management Trainee or Shift Manager in a quick service restaurant.Should also be skilled in managing staff, time, inventory, schedules, and have killer leadership, delegation, and customer server skills.
